Engle's TCS series turbo charger cam shafts were created with split duration for intake and exhaust and split lifts for intake and exhaust. This was done so that the exhaust valves are fully closed when the turbo charger pumps in through the intake valves. On a standard cam shaft the exhaust valves are slightly open which results in wasted boost energy because of overlap. With this camshaft there is no wasted energy.
For use with 1.1:1 or 1.25:1 rocker arms. Designed for turbo charged drag racing or off-road competition only. Large top end power from 4000 to 8000 RPM.
