Approximately 2.25 gallons. Our custom made spun aluminum fuel tanks have an unpolished, brushed aluminum finish. All of our fuel tanks are made in Corona California.

We can custom make our spun aluminum fuel tanks with several cap options, outlet options, fuel sending unit flanges, vents, or fuel injection sumps. Our fuel tanks have been used for years on Off-Road vehicles such as dune buggies, sand rails, baja bugs, manx buggies, and rock crawlers. We've even made fuel tanks for street vehicles such as Street Rods, T-Buckets, Hot Rods, Rat Rods, Gassers, Bonneville race cars and Trikes.

Special order fuel tanks are available. We can add extra bungs, baffles and much more. If you would like a quote on a special order fuel tank, please draw a diagram of what you require and email it to sales@pacificcustoms.com or text 951-339-6085 and we will quote the cost. We can NOT quote or build a fuel tank without a diagram.

Please be advised that any custom non standard modifications will include a $50.00 increase on the cost of the tank. Standard modifications are those listed above. Non standard modifications are those that require a diagram to be built. Please inquire to see if this applies to your build.
